2. I was going to report about how nap time is going better but then today happened...and bedtime has been a disaster the past 3 nights. Storytelling is still going well.
3. The laundry is currently under control- wonder how long that will last?
4. Chloe was crying yesterday and as I walked over to pick her up, she cried "MMMah!". Now I realize this is a fluke but I happened to be looking at her mouth and for a split second I thought- she just said Ma! It was cool anyway and I am just in love with this little lady.
5. Play dates and short outings are not only nice for the kids but very good for me as well.
6. Navel-gazing is much less mysterious once you have a child (or 3).
7. I took out a clean set of sheets to put on our bed and found some money. Sadly, it was Sesame Street money- accepted only at Elmo's Restaurant. I got a good chuckle out of that.
8. The boys got really cute haircuts today!
9. Chloe is at the stage where she enjoys what I call squirm time. Time to be on the floor or bed to stretch out, move her body, smile/coo and maybe even try out tummy time (supervised of course). We have some toys geared for that stuff and the boys are enjoying those toys along with Chloe.
10. Chloe's new love of floor time is helping me with my goal of more playful time with Michael and Liam :)
Remember when Thursday meant "Thirsty Thursday"? I was rather thirsty myself today but had to settle for a trip to the grocery store rather than meeting a friend for a drink. At least we have a playdate tomorrow with one of my friends from work and her kids. BTW, I hate the term "playdate" but that's what everyone calls it and I have yet to think of a better term.
