When Midwest Mom asked about NaBloPoMo yesterday, I was all hyped up, ready to go, YES let's DO this! Now I see that today is November 1st and, oh crap, I need to post something! Why didn't I wait until today to post about Halloween? A perfectly entertaining first post, right?
No such luck, so you are stuck with this one. No worries though, I am all set to lament about my little girl who is about to turn ONE in 11 days! How can this be? It seems like the year flew by- but I really did get to savor it. And I am soooo excited at the prospect of NO MORE FORMULA and soon after that NO MORE BOTTLES!! There are other opportunities to cuddle and Chloe is rapidly losing interest in her bottle as a soothing source anyway. But she is still a cuddle bug at heart :)
After a few months of uncertainty about whether or not Chloe should be our "last baby", my feet are firmly planted in the "all done" zone. Three feels right for us and so, unless the universe has other plans, you will not be reading anymore pregnancy posts from me. There will always be a little part of me that feels a tinge when I think or say or write that out--but I am so ready to watch our family grow in other ways & to experience what's next that I don't really feel sad about it. It just feels right :)
So on that note, November 2010, let's see what you've got!!
