I don't know what happened but as of yesterday, I have my dear sweet Michael back!! Someone must have heard and answered my prayers because he has resembled the more happy-go-lucky Michael that I know and love. There are still some rocky moments in the day but it is a huge improvement. I've changed a few of my strategies for how to handle an impending tantrum and for the moment, it's working!
I am not going to say anything else for now because I don't want to tempt fate...

Hey, it's like we're living parallel lives! Brett and I were ALSO married in June 2002, plus the two boys, almost same ages. WIERD. My husband is from PA, by the way. My in-laws still live in Carlisle.
So, I hope this parallel existance extends to MY 2-year-old having an upswing. We're due for one. We've been in a downward spiral for a few weeks now. Usually-- for us-- these things come and go in several week periods.
