We just returned from an unplanned trip to the hospital due to some pesky contractions that were a bit too frequent & also packing a little punch since around 4:00 on Monday afternoon.
The short story is: false alarm, no dilation/progression, no bladder infection, no other signs of true labor, no signs of some other problem...whew!
I guess my body is just practicing? I am relieved because while I am sure everything would have turned out just fine, I am more than happy to let this baby bake just a bit longer :)

What an exciting night! Glad everything is ok.
It's good that you got things check out, just in case, but also good that you are going to have a little more time to tend to your list. :-)

MamaK- I will have to have Mike keep everyone posted :) If he gets a blackberry or other such type device before the birth, that should help us!!
Maybe ease off the list a bit. Remember that all your baby needs is you...and perhaps a place to lay that is safe from the big brothers :)
Glad everything worked out okay. Drink lots of water! Rest! (ha ha ha ha hahahahaha....sorry...just the thought of "resting" with 2 boys under 4 made me chuckle)
