I am happy to report that we made it through the week relatively unscathed. VERY tired but still okay. I am HOPING that soon I will be able to say that not only did we make it through but that one or two aspects of our new schedule have become EASIER.
This is where you come in...
Share with me, if you will, any secret you have for the following:
1. MORNING: Getting out the door on time
2. EVENING: Making dinner happen quickly while still maintaining some nutritional value
3. HOUSEHOLD TASKS: Is there a good system/schedule for getting these things done (grocery shopping, bill paying, laundry, basic cleaning) or do you just wing it?
After being home for so long, I am a bit rusty and I have never worked full time WITH two children. I could use some tips!

I hope people have good responses for you...I of course can offer nothing but applause for you figuring it out ;)
One thing I used a lot when Michael was first born was grocery delivery. Genuardi's.com is affordable and soooooo easy to use. It keeps track of your lists, so after the first order, you can just pull up your old list to order groceries. You can click on any product and read the nutrition label. They have meal/recipe suggestions, etc. Delivery in our area ranges between $10-13. Totally worth it. And since I've done it a few times, I usually get a free delivery coupon in the mail each month. They literally bring the groceries into your house. It's fabulous!
So there is my 2 cents...
I have thought about grocery delivery before but don't know anyone who uses it- great idea :)I would deal with a delivery charge- and I don't think I would have to use delivery all the time but it's a good option to have when things are just too crazy!
Genuardi's!!! I LOVED that place. Since it's a northern thing, we're into Publix down here, which is almost as good, except it doesn't have the latte kiosk inside! Wonder if they bring those with delivery too?
Anywho, I've only been working with one child for 2 months and we have NO system and just wing everything. But I like the way you're thinking, so I'm hoping more folks will answer soon!
